CBP Collective
CBP Co is a program that has been formed by me over the past few years. My first year in photography started out with me taking photos of a close family friend's son. It was the first time that I had a senior in front of my camera and I remember the absolute joy that came with that shoot. Fast forward to 2023 and I knew I wanted to build something that would last. My family has lived in our town since 2015 but I still felt like connection was lacking for me. This sparked the idea to do senior models! To me, it was a win-win situation. I got to practice and do what I love AND start to make a name for myself in my community. 2024 was the first year that I started to regularly take photos. At this time I was still a full-time science teacher but was making room for my seniors before school, after school and on the weekends. This was the year my senior representative program grew. I had 5 representatives and absolutely loved every minute I was in front of my camera. In 2025, I continued with this program but a lot of curve balls were thrown our way. We introduced baby #3 in July and this was the year I stepped away from teaching to stay home with my 3 kids. I thought this might mean that I also needed to step away from photography for a while but this was farthest from the truth. I contacted a few of my seniors that had previously purchased the Charmed Package and asked if they would be interested, all of them rapidly replied "YES!" and CBP Co. was born!
Seniors who are a part of CBP Co. all received their personalized Charmed Package. This includes the 2 hours of shooting time and the full gallery from it. Additionally they have access to a few different content day shoots. My 2026 senior reps have had a fall shoot content day and we will also be doing a spring shoot content day in March. In April/May, they will also receive a Cap & Gown shoot. They have the images from these added directly into their galleries. What is offered each year shifts based on my availability but these are the basics.
The main goal of CBP Co. is to build a community amongst seniors from different schools. Stepping away from teaching I realized that I miss my students and all of the chances to interact with them. This program gives me that connection with them!
My CBP Co. seniors have a client agreement that they sign before our first session together. This lays out all of the expectations that I have for them. My main request is to encourage posting on their social media and to tag me when they do. Also recommendations are always appreciated!
On March 1st, my CBP Co. Class of 2027 will officially open. Upcoming seniors will need to fill out the application and look over the client agreement. Applications will close May 10th so that I can prepare the new CBP Co. Seniors for their first session in June. At this time CBP Co. Seniors will also have the opportunity to have first dibs on their dates for their senior sessions! Only 6 seniors will be chosen from various schools in the surrounding area. I would love seniors from Villa Grove High School, Arcola High School, Heritage High School, Tuscola High School, and Arthur Lovington Atwood Hammond High School. I am also open to seniors from other schools not listed.
If you got this far and you think that this might be something you are interested in doing, shoot me an email and get on my mailing list so that you do not miss out on this opportunity. If you feel that CBP Co. would not be a fit for you, reach out about my current senior packages and let's find a date that works best for you!
